the fact that you compare a human being to a dog
or a cone of icecream
it is disturbing.
We got the same exact argument last year from an MP. What these people seem to fail to comprehend is that human beings are in fact sentient, and capable of signing legally binding contracts, unlike a dog, or indeed, a cone of ice cream.
Quite frankly, comparing people you want to marry to dogs and cones of ice cream… I don’t know if that’s actually the most massively rude thing ever, or just bone-crushingly idiotic.
