Same reason they whiten Isabela or make Zevran handsome… They have the tools, they want to change them in what they consider “attractive”, not understanding their charm is letting them be what they are ;)

It’s just… because all the mods I’ve seen of him are NOT attractive, they’re ranging from plain to hidious to monstrous. WHY. When his original face is so incredibly swoon-worthy? Ah well. X___X
I have to admit I modded Zevran because his face reminded me of a derpy ex. I’m not sure if I’ve removed it… hope I have, as I’m hoping to replay Origins (unless it fries my graphics card, it already overheated once. Makes no sense whatsoever, it has no trouble with ME3 or Skyrim or other much newer games. X_X)
